1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service and instant access provided upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for any subscription plans (Pro, Premium, or Enterprise).

By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All sales are final
• No refunds will be provided for any reason
• Partial month refunds are not available
• Unused tokens or features are non-refundable
• Subscription fees are non-transferable

2. Why No Refunds?

Our no-refund policy exists because:

• Instant Access: You receive immediate access to all features upon payment
• Digital Service: Our service is consumed immediately and cannot be "returned"
• Free Trial: We offer a generous Free plan to test the service before upgrading
• Transparent Pricing: All features and limitations are clearly stated before purchase
• Usage-Based: Once tokens are used, the service has been consumed

While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time:

2. Go to Settings → Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

• Immediate Effect: No further charges will be made
• Access Retained: You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• No Prorated Refund: You will not receive a refund for the remaining days
• Auto-Downgrade: Your account will automatically downgrade to Free plan after the period ends
• Data Retention: Your data and API keys remain accessible during the paid period

4. Free Plan - Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage you to test our service with the Free plan before upgrading:

5. Billing Cycle

Understanding your billing cycle:

• Monthly Billing: All plans are billed monthly in advance
• Renewal Date: Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
• Payment Method: Charges are processed through Razorpay
• Failed Payments: Service may be suspended if payment fails

6. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider refunds for:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice
• Service Failure: If our service was completely unavailable for an extended period
• Billing Errors: If there was a clear error in billing

These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require:

• Contacting support within 48 hours of the charge
• Providing evidence of the issue
• Not having used the service during the disputed period

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service:

• No refund will be provided

• Unused tokens are forfeited
• You may not create a new account
